Warranty

LIFETIME WARRANTY GUARANTEE  (excluding watches) 

Presence provides jewelry and accessories of the highest quality. This means no tarnishing, no greening, no color discoloring or fading. If your product does not meet our quality standard, please contact our support team and we will provide you a one-time replacement for the exact same model. We only ask you to cover the shipping and handling costs. 

We are that confident.  So go ahead and wear Presence, worry-free.  

*Lifetime warranty does not include lost or stolen goods. Watches are excluded from the life-time warranty policy. 

Photo evidence is required in order for Shop Presence Inc. validate the request. The decision will be based on Shop Presence Inc's sole discretion. 

Watches 

Under the company's limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you at anytime become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship of the product, Shop Presence Inc. will, at its sole discretion, provide for replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein.

To obtain replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact Shop Presence Inc. so the team will provide additional instructions on how to return the items. If you mail your watch for replacement, please ensure that it is packaged securely to avoid any potential damages during shipment. If the watch was purchased by a retailer, please reach out directly to the the retailer and Shop Presence Inc. will await for confirmation. If the original model of the product returned is no longer available, Shop Presence Inc. will provide an equal value in compensation. 

You will not be charged for replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Shop Presence Inc. retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.

The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, scratches, or lost/stolen items

Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than Shop Presence Inc. will not be covered under this warranty, and shall void the warranty. Shop Presence Inc. is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages to the products. The warranties, including but limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and limited to 24 months from the date of purchase.
